 aka ‘The Player Man’

Player was Born in March 2004.

 Player is the first imported AB of our current stock.
Born in Colorado USA, Player was sent to us by
Mark, Lisa and Eli Landers of Moutain Gator Kennels at the age of 9 weeks,
and spent 6 months in quarantine at Calagran Kennels in Chesterfield.
Unscathed by his ‘prison sentence’, Player came home to us in November of 2004.
His temperament is also outstanding,
he is a very high driven young man,
but is a very loyal and loving family protector.
Player is a good all round AB well balanced and structurally sound,
thrown in at the ‘deep end’ the day after his release from quarantine
Player was shown at the A.B.A show in Stocksbridge, Sheffield
where he won BIS Bully puppy.
This in its self was a major achievement for Player,
many dogs before him have travelled through the Quarantine System
and have taken several weeks, months in some cases
to adjust to a ‘normal’ life,
Player enjoys being the centre of attention and rose to the occasion superbly.

This was the first of many shows to come
and has recently also gained his NKC Champion Bully status at the NKL show UK.

Player was originally bought for the working lines he was produced from,
a son of MGK’s Ellie Mae and MGK’s Rhino,
both his parents are weight pulling dogs
and have achieved some great working goals in their respective careers.

Player is proving he too can walk in their footsteps
and in May 2005 he achieved his WP1 with the A.P.A organisation,
and in Sept 2005 he achieved his WP2 with the APA organisation.

These are only the first step’s in his working career
and we guarantee he will achieve MUCH more
before he too is retired from competitive sport.

Player will be at the forethought of our current breeding programme,
as our aims are to be breeders that will produce
Hard Working, Healthy, Structurally Sound, Loyal,
Protective, Loving AB’s with a Temperament
to match the best of the rest.

Player will continue to partake in conformation show’s and weight pull events.

At the age of 13 months Player was hip and elbow scored
under the BVA scheme and was given a score of
HD BVA 16 and ED BVA 0-0.

Full of life and athleticism Player plays and works hard,
never giving in on wanting to please.
He is a fine example of an MGK dog that can truly ‘ Walk the Walk’
